Our story

2018
Candy's opened on Haight Street in 2018 with one idea: bring the best candy in the world to San Francisco.

Early 2024
The shop came under new ownership in early 2024.

2025
Then a fire in early 2025 shut us down. We rebuilt the whole store, and the renovated shop opened in November 2025.
Today we stock the shop, supply local offices and private events, make custom candy for brands, and ship nationwide from candys.com.
A small crew keeps the shelves full, answers your questions, and somehow hasn't eaten the entire Swedish candy wall. We're stronger than we look.
